Information We Process

Mocketa may process content you choose to create or upload, such as mockup projects, garment previews, images, text layers, brand kit assets, AI prompts, selected source images, generated results, and app settings. If you use purchases, cloud features, or advertising attribution features, transaction status, entitlement information, device/app metadata, attribution identifiers, and sync records may be processed to provide the service.

How We Use Information

We use information to operate app features, sync projects where enabled, provide support, process purchases, measure advertising attribution where permitted, improve reliability, and protect the service from abuse.

AI and Third-Party Processing

If you use AI-powered tools, prompts, selected source images, and generated results may be processed by AI processing providers, including fal.ai and OpenAI-powered image models, only to complete the requested generation or editing task and return the result to the app. Source images are sent only when the selected tool needs an image for the requested edit or variation.

AI job records and generated assets may be stored in Mocketa-controlled systems so the app can return or recover results. Successful AI job assets are scheduled for cleanup after about 30 days, and failed AI job assets/logs are scheduled for cleanup after about 14 days.

Advertising Attribution

Mocketa does not show third-party ads inside the app. If you allow tracking, Mocketa may use Meta Platforms SDK signals and RevenueCat Meta Ads integration data to measure which ads lead to installs, purchases, and subscriptions, and to improve ad relevance. You can allow or deny tracking through the iOS tracking permission prompt and manage the permission later in iOS Settings.

Retention

Mocketa does not require you to create an account or sign in. The app may create an anonymous installation identifier so it can operate purchases, credits, entitlements, AI job access, attribution measurement where permitted, abuse prevention, and support diagnostics.

Project content and app settings stored locally remain on your device unless you remove them or uninstall the app. Cloud sync records are retained while cloud sync is enabled or until the related cloud data is removed. Purchase, credit, entitlement, transaction, and receipt-related records may be retained as long as needed to provide access, restore purchases, reconcile credits, prevent fraud or abuse, resolve support issues, and satisfy tax, accounting, legal, or App Store recordkeeping obligations.

Attribution identifiers and app/device metadata are retained only as needed for permitted ad measurement, attribution reconciliation, fraud prevention, provider audit, and legal compliance. AI job records and generated assets may be stored in Mocketa-controlled systems so the app can return or recover results. Successful AI job assets are scheduled for cleanup after about 30 days, and failed AI job assets/logs are scheduled for cleanup after about 14 days. When records are no longer needed for these purposes, they are deleted, aggregated, or de-identified.
