Purchases and Subscriptions

Mocketa purchases are processed through Apple in-app purchase. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings. If your purchase does not appear in the app, contact us with the approximate purchase time and product shown in the app.

Privacy and Data Requests

For privacy, data access, or deletion help, email help@mocketa3d.com. Do not include payment card details or other sensitive information in support emails.
